• BSC in Automobile Engineer. preferable
• Able to operate accounting software
• MS Excel expertise
• Hard working, energetic, and honest

Inventory Management

• Stock Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels, avoiding both shortages and overstock.
• Ordering Supplies: Place orders for new parts and materials as needed From Locally and Abroad, ensuring timely replenishment of inventory.
• Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and ensure accuracy in inventory records. Provide Regular Workshop Inventory to Management.

Supplier Management

• Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to Local and Foreign negotiate the best prices and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all received parts meet quality standards and specifications.
• Store Operations
• Organization: Maintain an organized and tidy store, ensuring that parts and tools are easily accessible.
• Storage Solutions: Implement and manage effective storage solutions to maximize space utilization.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of all transactions, including purchases, sales, and stock movements.

Financial Management

• Cost Control: Monitor and manage costs associated with inventory, aiming to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Budgeting: Assist in the development and management of the store’s budget.
