• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the garments industry
• Strong background in export commercial activities
• Practical knowledge of LC sales/purchase contract checking and correction, BBLC preparation and submission, and all export documentation is essential.
• MS Excel and Word for reporting and documentation
• Bank portals -LC submission and document negotiation
• Clear understanding of Incoterms 2020
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines
• Strong teamwork mindset and professional communication skills

• Buyer shipping Line/for under Bank, EPB portal update experience required.
• ERP entry update experience required.
• Experience in updating buyer shipping line information, bank-related entries, and EPB portal submissions is required.
• Experience in ERP entry and update is required.

• Manage end-to-end export procedures and documentation

• Review LC terms (Sight, Usance, negotiation, discrepancy requirements)

• Prepare and submit export documents to the Buyer/Buying house.

• Follow up for proceeds realization, discrepancy resolution, and bank communication

• Knowledge Back-to-Back LC, Packing Credit, and Bill Discounting

• Ensure timely realization of export proceeds in foreign currency

• Exp issue from  Bangladesh Bank OEMS Duplicate reporting and repatriation timelines

• Candidates with experience in cash incentives, EDF loans, and bonded warehouse operations will be given priority.

• Coordinate closely with production, merchandising, logistics, and planning teams to ensure on-time shipment

• Communicate effectively with buying houses/buyers, banks, freight forwarders, C&F agents, shipping lines, and related parties.

• Maintain export schedules by tracking LC terms, sales and purchase contract terms, booking confirmations, and vessel sailing schedules.

• Follow up pending payments, discrepancies, and any shipment-related issues

• Ensure accuracy of all documents to avoid discrepancies

• Keep export registers, shipment tracking sheets, documentation logs, and proceeds realization statements updated.

• Good knowledge of customs rules, EPB (REX updates), HS codes and descriptions, and Bangladesh Bank rules and regulations.
