Experience in Lingerie Item ( Boxer, Bra, Swimsuit, Sports Wear etc) will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
A reputed 100% Compliance, RMG Knit factory is looking for potential candidates as Executive (Industrial Engineering Department).
Based on garment sketches or samples, analyze the garment, work out the operations breakdown and provide the targeted CMT to the Costing department.
Ensure the style is developed is made in consideration of optimization, cost reduction.
Implement and sustain the effective works methods and systems at the factories to improve productivity levels and facilitate production processes.
Consider best practices and latest technology.
Advise on guides / templates / jigs that can be used to improve efficiency.
Participate in meetings and share technical related issues raised by factory production team.
Monitor relevant production parameters and take actions to ensure a smooth flow of production.
Set up a monitoring process to ensure performance improvement.
Study factory production capacity and efficiency.
Study the production process and assessment efficiency of the operator.
Provide the opportunity to achieve maximum results with minimum effort.
Calculate thread, Elastic and all measurable accessories consumption.
Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the authority.
