Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan for sterilization machineries operation.
∎ Carry out routine maintenance & coordinate preventive & Breakdown maintenance.
∎ Prepare & maintain machines utilization report, maintenance record & Documentation.
∎ Trouble shooting of Injection Molding and Sterilization Machine.
∎ To prepare monthly production plan for molding section and monitoring.
∎ Supervise cleanliness of Injection machine and Injection machine floor.
∎ To prepare SOP and validation document (OQ, PQ).
∎ To handle compliance & nonconformity.
∎ Follow and guide the team according to SOP of respective area.
∎ Perform all IQ for relevant production equipment & machineries. Update records on protocol and reports.
∎ To prepare the Preventive Maintenance schedule of all machineries and update the relevant documents.
∎ To prepare and update QMS related documents.

∎ Age 27 to 32 years
