Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare journal, payment and contra voucher
∎ Prepare partly payment schedule for monthly cash budget
∎ Receive all parties' bill/ invoices from supply chain department and ensuring all voucher entries & posting to the system
∎ Collect production and inventory report from Production, Assembling, Warehouse department for costing and monthly stock report preparation
∎ Checking accounts payable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury and budgeting, cash forecast, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, financial data reconciliation and debt activity
∎ LC related works (material landed costing)
∎ VAT & Tax & RJSC related works
∎ PF & WPPF related works
∎ Checking all bank transactions and bank reconciliations
∎ Ledger reconciliations and report time to time to the Department Head
∎ Checking financial statements and to confirm that the transactions are posted in line with chart of accounts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Pro-active, smart, enthusiastic and career oriented
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both in written and speaking in English
∎ Familiar in MS-Office & E-Mail Management
∎ Disciplined, Energetic, Good Negotiator, Honest, Team Player, etc.
