Job Context:
∎ We SJM Industries Ltd. (auto parts manufacturing company in BD) searching for an energetic, experienced, self motivated & dedicated person to build up his career with us.
∎ Job Location : Ashulia, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for loading /unloading of vehicles.
∎ Responsible for customer dispatch as per Plan in EMF and Production
∎ Daily reporting of stock to our seniors.
∎ Coordination with SJM team for dispatch as per requirement.
∎ Ensuring the consumption /usage SJM of seats as per plan.
∎ Proper & timely vehicle movement as per customer window time.
∎ Coordination from the departments for the smooth running of dispatch.
∎ Monitoring vehicle movement (in & out) and ensure that the vehicles are back with the empty trolleys.
∎ Taking feedback from customer for right parts,right qty and right time.
∎ Manpower handling (Driver + Helpers) and ensure proper utilization.
∎ Proper documentation for dispatch process and ensure the ok receiving for Account dept.
∎ Complete task on time as assigned by the management.
∎ Ensure actual dispatch v/s scanning dispatch as Model qty and trollies.
∎ Ensure trollies status should be meet customer standard and if break down hand over to maintenance and received after repaired with proper documentation.
∎ Monitoring Fleet vigil for vehicle Tracking
∎ Regular attendance of Manpower, Driver and as well monitoring the vehicle status.
∎ Update shift schedule, Overtime report and fooding bills for Helper and Driver.
∎ Trip sheet movement updated and SOB sheet with physical stock and actual billing as per excise and Tally.
∎ Update regularly the Logistics system in Tally entry.
∎ Tally billing for sales bill as per dispatch Plan
∎ Any other duties/work as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to make decisions, cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadline analytical ability.
∎ Good speaking & written skill in English. Hindi will added extra preference. Candidates who have experience in automobile manufacture sector will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
