Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
∎ 2. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
∎ 3. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
∎ 4. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
∎ 5. Resolve any arising problems or complaints
∎ 6. Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
∎ 7. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
∎ 8. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
∎ 9.Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
