Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in any discipline form any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have to conduct risk assessment & enforce preventive measures.
∎ Have to review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
∎ Have to initiate & organize OHS training of employees & Executives.
∎ Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
∎ Record and investigate incidents to determine causes.
∎ Prepare report on occurrences and provide statistical information to Departmental Head.
∎ Experience in writing reports & policies.
∎ Advise and instruct on various safety related topics.
∎ Oversee installation, maintenance, disposal of substances.
∎ Maintain relation & discipline in the factory for all staff & workers.
∎ Ensure healthy workplace maintaining safety, hygiene & environment.
∎ Maintain communication & relation with Govt Agencies & audit firms.
∎ Have to face compliance audit like BSCI, SEDEX, GSV, Accord /Alliance and so on.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Department Head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge about ‘Bangladesh Labor Law’, Bangladesh Labor Rules, CoC of different buyers & audit firm.
∎ Well informed about update requirement of Social Compliance.
∎ Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices.
∎ Have experience in facing audits conducted by 3rd party auditors.
∎ Fluent in writing, reading and speaking in English.
∎ Outstanding organizational skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Basic computer literacy is a must.
