Responsible for:
To work with Sr. Director SAP and the Head of Climate Action Sectors for efficient programme management to facilitate sector performance for administrative works, events, travel, and financial activities as assigned.
To enter, follow up, and coordinate appointments and communications.
Assist in maintaining and preserving documentation for reference on behalf of Senior directors.
Activities:
Proactive role and vibrant coordination with the programming team and support for organizing different training, workshops, meetings, special trips/visit etc.
Maintain finance /accounts procedure up to project level and closely work with the relevant department professionally,
Prepare request for advance/payment/fund transfer, budget preparation, expenditure tracking, cross-check vouchers etc., as assigned by the Sr. Director.
Understand the NGO affairs bureau requirements and support in preparing the documents,
Provide need-based support to the Director SAP and the Head of Climate Action Sectors, including communication, preparing documents, presentations, program appointments, record-keeping, and travel management etc.,
Participate in and actively contribute to programme team meetings and represent other meetings/activities as assigned in view of linking effective project management.
Skill and Competencies:
Educational Qualification:
Master’s in Disaster Management and Climate Change Preferred.
03 years of work experience.
Sound knowledge of administrative and logistics management.
Sound knowledge of MS-Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Internet.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical skills.
Written and spoken knowledge of English and Bangla.
Ability to work independently and within a diversified team.
