Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Post-graduate degree (preferably MBA/Economics/Development Studies/Business Studies) from a reputed local/international university;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management, Report Writing, Research and Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Development Agency, NGO, Research Organization, Training Institutes

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Track / Research international development projects
∎ Develop tenders and prepare bid documents for services required by government and donors
∎ Undertake individual assignments with responsibility
∎ Understanding development plan of the government and development project concept
∎ Understanding funding policy and requirements of the development partners
∎ Communicate and establish liaison with international and national organizations
∎ Developing methodology and assist in preparing project proposal for submission
∎ Assist the team in implementation of the ongoing projects
∎ Research on projects to collect information on projects, topics, personnel etc.
∎ Support the team on day-to-day activities on ongoing and future projects

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Strong descriptive writing skills in English on development topics with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in words
∎ Sound knowledge of international and national developmental issues;
∎ Proficiency in formatting and proofreading is MS Office software (word, excel etc. PowerPoint, etc.);
∎ Prior working experience in research/survey/report writing is desirable;
∎ Previous working experience in any consulting and/training organization will be an advantage
∎ Experience in developing project bid documents including methodology, expert's team building and other tasks are desirable;
∎ Excellent project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks;
∎ Must have the ability to perform as a team player;
∎ Willingness to work long hours, meet strict deadlines under enormous time constraints;
∎ Prior experience in technical writing/proposal writing will be an advantage;
∎ Dedication to work and sense of responsibility is a must have;
