Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Post-graduate degree (preferably English/Economics/Development Studies/Business Studies) from a reputed local/international university;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Track/ Research local and international development projects.
∎ Prepare and submit proposals for assignments under projects and programs of GoB and various development partners.
∎ Understanding the development plan of the government and the development project concept
∎ Understanding funding policy and requirements of the development partners
∎ Communicate and establish liaisons with international and national organizations
∎ Assist Project Managers/Bid Managers in implementing assignments.
∎ Browse/search the internet to collect information on projects, topics, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Prior experience in technical writing/consulting proposal writing.
∎ Preference will be given to familiarity with GoB, WB, and ADB consulting proposal formats.
∎ Prior experience in working for reputed local/ international consulting organizations.
∎ Prior experience in Report Writing and Internet-based research will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong English writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and effectively.
∎ Proficiency in formatting and proofreading (MS Word/Excel), MS Office computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ Excellent team player.
∎ Willingness to work long hours, and meet strict deadlines under enormous time constraints.
