Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ BBA/MBA (Others concentration) preferable with proven working experience of minimum 3-4 years as a business development/ sales executive or a relevant role.

∎ Responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth of training academy.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop effective Lead management process, performance recognizing process to encourage work force.
∎ Establishing new business mainly corporate account.
∎ First point of contact for all new potential client . Looking after and respond to RFP, TOR and tender activities.
∎ Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products.
∎ Reviewing sales performance.
∎ Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
∎ Negotiating contracts and packages.
∎ Maintaining accurate records.
∎ Prepare business analysis report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Expert in office applications e.g. MS XL, Word, PPT, Outlook.
∎ Skilled in Speaking & writing English, Training Management etc.
∎ Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity.
∎ Market knowledge, Proven sales track record, Meeting Management, Motivating Others, Foster Teamwork, Meeting Sales Goals.
