Customer service/sales & marketing experience in Garments/Textile.
Sound judgment, integrity and adherence to SGS ethical standards.
Good knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power point etc.
Able to work independently.
Travel extensively in anywhere in the country.
Responsibilities & Context:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support to the team supervisor to manage the business and operation of specific strategic accounts.
- To interact and communicate with assigned Strategic Accounts by facilitating day-to day operations, testing procedures, regulatory requirements, job status, invoicing, preliminary testing results, reporting, result interpretation,
- Keep, analyze and utilize all data for respective accounts and their supplier chain for business and operational KPI analysis.
- Attend regular meetings at the SA, sourcing, buying, suppliers for marketing purposes, business development, technical governance, performance reviews, resolution of conflicts,
- Perform other job related assignment.
