Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA from any reputed university/Institution Major in HRM/Public Administration/Management/other similar degree.
∎ At-least 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience in any leading local/multinational organization.
∎ Good working knowledge of HR best practices, as well as good understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Ability to exercise discretion and consistently apply professional judgment; maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
∎ Having worked previously in FMCG industry would get preference.

∎ Job Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the engagement and execution of HR & Admin Policies and Procedures
∎ Schedule interviews and organize Employee On-boarding and Orientation programs
∎ Maintain employees' personal files with all related papers as updated.
∎ Ensure recruitment of employees based on the approved organogram and requisition for smooth business operation.
∎ Ensure that job requirements and job descriptions for all positions are created, updated, and maintained in the proper format. This includes staff in both the Dhaka office and project offices.
∎ Develop and maintain a new employee orientation program; ensure that all new employees are given a proper orientation, introduction and welcome before sending out to the project/unit
∎ Oversee all recruitments and ensure that the recruitment process is conducted in a fair, transparent and competitive manner in strict accordance with applicable Group policy and procedures.
∎ Periodically evaluate and make recommendations to senior management for updating and improving/updating the HR policies including Performance Management System and process;
∎ Ensure that employee performance appraisals are conducted on time and in accordance with approved policy;
∎ Oversee administration of the various employee benefits for PERFECT CARE LTD;
∎ Receive and resolve employee grievances; working with top management to ensure that employees are aware of grievance and whistleblower policies
∎ Oversee the separation process for all employees' separations; ensure that the separation checklist is completed and signed prior to the employee's departure.

∎ Good communication skills, especially on listening and persuasion;

∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
