Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee & monitor the engineering activities throughout the factories.
∎ Drive business excellence to create appropriate systems and install appropriate IT tools and processes for people productivity.
∎ Coordinate and monitor all related activities to support the project team to achieve business objectives.
∎ Lead & implement process of specific projects.
∎ Plan and organize activities schedule as per ROFO.
∎ Ensuring the standard & specification
∎ Study the catalogue for up gradation of knowledge on maintenance & share the learning.
∎ Train & motivate the maintenance team to ensure schedule maintenance, preventive maintenance, opportunity maintenance and shutdown maintenance for all equipment’s and machinery and report to Technical Director, CB.
∎ Assist supervisor regarding articulation of SOP on factory related various issues i.e. Compliance on Environment, Health & Safety, process redesign etc.
∎ Prepare & update the projects GANTT charts and PERT charts and reports to supervisor.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on overall engineering activities of manufacturing plant
∎ Knowledge on factory operations management & project development.
∎ Knowledge on planning, budgeting, implementing & monitoring.
∎ Knowledge on safety, health & environment
∎ Basic knowledge on environment and industrial laws.
