Responsibilities & Context:

Jannat Fashion is looking for a highly experienced, performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert to scale our women’s clothing brand on Facebook and Instagram. This role is results-first and ideal for someone who has proven experience running high-budget campaigns, scaling profitable funnels, and executing data-driven marketing strategies.

Core Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager)

  • Deep experience in Women’s Clothing / Fashion niche

  • Minimum $5,000 monthly ad spend handling experience

  • Demonstrated ability to scale profitable campaigns

  • Strong understanding of content funneling (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)

  • Hands-on experience with WordPress landing pages (conversion-focused)

  • Knowledge of PR & brand positioning strategies

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize campaigns for ROI

Tracking & Analytics Expertise (Required)

  • Pixel Setup: Accurate front-end tracking for all campaigns

  • Browser-Side Tracking: Track user interactions on website and landing pages

  • Server-Side Tracking (Conversion API): Capture server events for accurate attribution

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM): Deploy and manage marketing & analytics tags

  • Conversion API Integration: Ensure full-funnel event tracking for Meta Ads

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and scale Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for women’s fashion

  • Build and optimize full-funnel strategies (cold, warm, hot audiences)

  • Coordinate ad creatives, content angles, hooks, and offers

  • Set up and maintain Pixel, server-side tracking, and Conversion API

  • Optimize WordPress landing pages and conversion flows

  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining ROAS

  • Analyze performance data and prepare actionable growth insights

  • Support brand visibility with PR-oriented campaign strategies
