Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for proactive and results-driven Call Centre Operators to join our team. Selected candidates will be responsible for customer communication, online sales support, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and social media
Follow up on orders and inquiries
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or internal systems
Provide timely solutions to customer issues
Meet and exceed daily performance targets
