∎ Graduation in any discipline with good academic track record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Custom Audit, Garments Industry, Knit Composite Garment Factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for bond licensing, Customs Auditing & related issues with customs bond.
∎ Follow up all import L/C & UD formalities with BGMEA.
∎ To maintain in-bond & ex-bond register with custom.
∎ Look after the job of General Bond.
∎ Prepare & ensure required documentations for bond license/Audit for renewal.
∎ Prepare custom book entry as per UD consumption.
∎ Follow up Annual Import permission with customs bond.
∎ Include all machinery and new raw material whenever imported.
∎ Follow up & prepare PRC of Bank for customs bond audit.
∎ Obtain/renewal of all licenses (e.g. ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, VAT, EPB & Fire License) and all other related licenses from licensing authority.
∎ Perform related work of board of investment, Chief controller of import & Export (CCI&E)
∎ He should have hand on experience to make effective correspondences with the Customs, BOND, licensing and related govt. authorities.
∎ Candidates having related experience & expertise in working with export based Knit Garments company(s) are encouraged to apply.
∎ Adequate knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, PSI, Customs & bonded warehouse matter, Custom Audit, Bill of lading & Other shipping documents, Certificate of origin & Undertaking, Bond license , Vessel Schedule, Invoice, Packing list, UP, UD, GSP, EXP, BGMEA, NBR & Other delegates etc.
∎ Must be updated on the latest Customs & International Trade Laws is essential to be proficient in this position.
∎ Knowledge about handle of port and customs Operation effectively.
∎ Should have good analytical ability and high level professional integrity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years’ experience in Customs & BOND arena in reputed export based Garments/ Garments Accessories Company
∎ Candidates worked in similar capacity (as the advertised position) in garments Accessories Company will get preference
∎ Effective Communication and negotiation Skills
∎ Sincere, hardworking & result oriented.
