Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile or B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of Dyes, Auxiliaries, Basic Chemicals, their TDS, MSDS,RSL, MRSL Storge requirements and testing procedures.
∎ Must have working knowledge of independently handling of HIGG index, Oeko-tex, ISO, OHSA, GOTS & OCS & ZDHC.
∎ He should have knowledge to understand all legal chemical regulations from local and global aspects, Buyers MRSL/RSL, DETOX etc.
∎ He should perform to coordinates with all energy, water and GHG data for measuring annual sustainable KPI of the facility.
∎ Good communication skills with buyers and chemical suppliers for communicating about chemical MRSL, RSL, Green screen certificates etc.
∎ Regular updates the chemical inventory with all necessary points like CAS no, hazard identification pictogram, MRSL/RSL etc.
∎ He should perform regular on site inspections in chemical store, sub store, chemical kitchen to ensure all works is going under compliance's.
∎ He should work closely with Admin and compliance department regarding Chemicals management hazardous substance management etc.
∎ He should perform training need analysis for the facility and arrange appropriate chemical safety training for fruitful results.
∎ Developing and implementing chemicals management policy, chemicals purchase policy, spillage policy, chemicals risk assessment etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years as Chemist in a Textile Process House.
