Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree.
∎ Technical qualification in textile technology/Merchandising/Fashion Designing / IE will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sample Tech should be set of roles & responsibilities in buying office & Factory's sample section.
∎ Sample Tech should be known pattern making, grading & adding seam allowance in order to fabrication.
∎ Sample tech should be well known any kinds of sample making & set the timing.
∎ Sample fit checking with Dummy fitting & advice pattern correction according to fitting.
∎ In corporate any kinds of buyer/Technical comments for sampling.
∎ Take care of product Design, Safety & production friendly.
∎ Sample Tech should be supervise the sample making team & set the goal.
∎ Sample Tech should be achieve the sample Efficiency & Sample pass minimum 98% from buyer.
∎ Any kinds of technical, fitting & pattern issue Sample tech should be communicate with Buying Tech by mail or meeting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have basic communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of the computer, especially MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Data Base Management, etc.
∎ Should be proactive as well as reactive and able to work in a pressured environment and set target.
