• Inspect and evaluate all samples (development, fit, size set, pre-production, and shipment samples) before sending them to the buyer.

• Check measurements, workmanship, fabric quality, trims, and overall appearance according to buyer specifications.

• Identify and record any non-conformities or defects and communicate with the relevant departments for corrective action.

• Ensure all samples are properly tagged, labeled, and packed for buyer submission.

• Maintain detailed QA reports and sample evaluation records.

• Work closely with Merchandising, Production, and Technical teams to resolve quality issues.

• Verify that the approved sample is consistent with production quality standards.

• Follow up on buyer comments and ensure revisions are implemented correctly.

• Support continuous improvement in quality standards and internal inspection procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in garment quality assurance, preferably in sample or product development stages.

• Experience working with INDITEX brands is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and finishing across knit, woven, and sweaters.

• Familiarity with buyer quality standards, testing requirements, and global apparel compliance.

• Excellent attention to detail and technical understanding.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, email).
