Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand customer concepts and ideas to develop new product
∎ Develop, implement and monitor Sample and CAD design standards & procedures to meet customer needs
∎ Prepare the right sample at the right time to meet the buyer's expectation
∎ Design or direct pattern making manually and electronically
∎ Provide guidance and direction to the CAD team to ensure operational & technical excellence.
∎ Ensuring cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection
∎ Support and advise the team to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
