Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 50 years
- Candidate must have experience in HVAC Drafting and Design.
- Candidate must be fluent in AutoCAD and Cooling Load Calculation.
- Candidate must have a clear concept of different cooling methods.
Responsibilities & Context:
Perform engineering calculations of building heating/cooling loads, energy profiles, ventilation requirements, equipment selections, and sizing of ductwork/piping distribution systems.
BOQ preparation and cost analysis of different HVAC projects.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including water supply networks, drainage systems, ducting system and related equipment.
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for HVAC systems, including preventive maintenance schedules, repair procedures, and spare parts management.
