∎ Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with a team-oriented, growth-minded attitude.
∎ Strong business acumen, established professional network, and excellence in customer relationship management.
∎ Proficient in core banking systems, online platforms, and Microsoft Office.
∎ Preference given to candidates with certifications such as CIPA, CSAA, CIBF, CIBFP, or a Postgraduate Diploma in Islamic Banking.

∎ Ensure excellence in daily operations, delivering services diligently and addressing customer feedback with timely, effective solutions.
∎ Adhere to SLAs and maintain full compliance with AML and other regulatory requirements.
∎ Build strong client relationships, analyze market trends, and support the development of new Islamic banking products.
∎ Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line or Branch Manager.
