Responsibilities & Context:
MTB Capital Ltd is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and analytical professional for the position of Relationship Officer – Finance. The incumbent will play a vital role in supporting financial planning, analysis, budgeting, reporting, and fund management activities, contributing to the company’s financial stability and regulatory compliance. This position requires strong knowledge of financial principles, capital market operations, and reporting requirements, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. The right candidate will demonstrate integrity, accuracy, and commitment to delivering high-quality financial support that enables informed decision-making and long-term organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepares and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develops budgets, monitors performance, and provides variance analysis.
Manages company funds, investments, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
Ensures timely submission of reports to regulatory bodies (e.g., NBR, BSEC, DSE, CSE).
Implements and monitors controls to safeguard company assets and data.
Provides operational and financial support to the front-office team.
