Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Expert to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across departments. If you're passionate about people and want to play a strategic role in building a performance-driven organization, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Post job advertisements on online portals (e.g., BDJobs), social media, and professional networks.
• Proactively source candidates through headhunting, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
• Maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and hiring quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and employment laws in Bangladesh.
