  • 15 years of professional experience in the Public administration, Human Resource or Business Administration
  • 10 years in Recruitment and HR compliance
  • 5 years of management / leadership experience as Manager in a company.
  • 2 years of experience in DC projects is an advantage
  • proven experience of working with development sector as HR partner is preferable.

  • Act as lead responsible person for recruitment and compliance related work of the company.
  • Researching and identifying candidate.
  • Organizing job listing.
  • Managing recruitment activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with the provisions related to labour law as applicable.
