Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Recruiting Manager who will be able to update the work with the sub-agents, coordinate, do all the flight deals for manpower export, and do the related managerial work smoothly.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Bijoynagar)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all steps of the overseas recruiting process.
∎ Gather update labor law & recruiting process and share with sub-agents and others.
∎ Organizing meetings and managing Sub Agents
∎ Preparing letters, Presentations, and Reports
∎ Arrange orientation for client
∎ Supervising and monitoring all recruiting steeps.
∎ Should have good communication skills (Written & Verbal)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 2 years of work experience in a manpower exporting company
∎ Should be comfortable working in long hours
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Email
∎ Should have good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
∎ Should have a positive mental attitude
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as set by the company
