Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our Manpower team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings.
∎ Candidate needs to have sound knowledge in Manpower Recruiting Agency.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have the ability to recruit the blue collars and skilled workers individually as per the direction of respected clients.
∎ Applicant needs to source potential candidates through different social media and individually.
∎ Work closely with the delegates when mass interview will take place.
∎ Candidate need to call the local agents and ask them to provide candidates for the available job position.
∎ Create and check relevant documentation whenever it is required.
∎ Check all the documents and brief them properly prior deployment of overseas workers.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
