Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduated from any reputed University/Diploma or equivalent experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular field visit for head hunting, sourcing blue collars staff.
∎ Candidate should have the ability to recruit the blue collars and skilled workers individually as per the direction of respected clients.
∎ Travel to assigned locations to build relationships with the potential candidates and to do headhunting.
∎ Work closely with the delegates when mass interviews will take place.
∎ Candidate need to call the local agents and ask them to provide candidates for the available job position.
∎ Create CVs and check relevant documentation whenever it is required.
∎ Check all the documents and brief them properly prior to deployment of overseas workers.
∎ Coordinate with the recruitment team to define necessary requirements for open roles.
∎ Maintain organized databases with candidates' database
∎ Keep in touch with past applicants/candidates for future requirements/opportunities.
∎ Understanding the Client Requirements.
∎ Build a network around the city, areas mostly where blue collar workers can be found.
∎ Candidate needs to have strong convincing, influencing and communication skills.
∎ Distributed and displayed recruiting publicity material.
∎ Ability to work on your own initiative.
∎ Help the recruitment team to coordinate interviews.
∎ Making a pipeline of candidates.

∎ Must have some knowledge regarding blue collar employees and Manpower Recruiting.
