Job Context:

Alliance Consultancy is looking for 2 smart, presentable, and customer-friendly Receptionist / Front Desk Executives to manage front desk responsibilities and support call center operations. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle clients, phone calls, and office coordination efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and visitors courteously

  • Manage front desk operations professionally

  • Receive and handle incoming calls

  • Transfer calls to the concerned person or department

  • Support call center activities and client follow-up

  • Respond to inquiries over phone, social media, and in person

  • Maintain office records, files, and documents

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with team members

  • Handle client complaints in a polite and professional manner

  • Keep the reception area clean and organized

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management
