Digital Marketing & Content Executive

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing activities for education consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Paid Advertising Campaign Management
    Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other digital platforms to promote study abroad services.

  2. Lead Generation
    Generate quality student leads on a daily basis, with a target of 100+ leads per day through effective ad campaigns, content strategies, and promotional activities.

  3. Ad Optimization & ROI Improvement
    Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to improve conversion rates, reduce cost per lead, and ensure better return on investment.

  4. Campaign Performance Analysis
    Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms to identify areas for improvement.

  5. Facebook Page Management
    Manage the company’s Facebook page by planning regular posts, writing captions, maintaining page activity, and improving the overall presentation of the page.

  6. Content Creation & Copywriting
    Create study abroad related Facebook posts, ad copies, captions, notices, announcements, offer posts, and country-based promotional content.

  7. Regular Social Media Posting
    Plan and publish regular content on Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and student inquiries.

  8. Website Content Updates
    Update the company website regularly with admission news, country information, service details, blog content, and promotional updates.

  9. Poster & Banner Content Planning
    Prepare poster and banner content for the design team, including headlines, text layout ideas, color concepts, call-to-action, and overall creative direction.

  10. Meta Ads Content Support
    Prepare ad-friendly primary text, headlines, descriptions, CTA, and campaign content for Facebook and Meta advertising campaigns.

  11. Video Script Writing
    Write short and engaging video scripts for reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and country-based study abroad content.

  12. Lead Generation Support
    Develop promotional post ideas, campaign concepts, offer-based content, and strong WhatsApp/Call CTA to increase student inquiries.

  13. Country-Based Campaign Planning
    Create separate admission campaign content for countries such as Finland, Cyprus, New Zealand, Canada, UK, Australia, and other study destinations.

  14. WhatsApp & Messenger Communication Support
    Prepare reply formats, follow-up messages, counselling invitation texts, and bulk message formats for interested students.

  15. Official Notice & Recruitment Content
    Create office notices, holiday announcements, vacancy posts, recruitment posts, admission updates, and visa-related awareness posts.

  16. Market & Competitor Research
    Research target audiences, market trends, competitor activities, popular countries, admission offers, and content trends to develop effective marketing ideas.

  17. Creative Strategy Development
    Work closely with the team to develop creative strategies that improve campaign performance, increase engagement, and generate more quality leads.

    Basic Website Management
    Manage and update the company website regularly to keep information accurate, professional, and user-friendly.

  18. Website Content Upload & Update
    Upload and update country pages, admission information, service details, blog posts, success stories, notices, and promotional offers on the website.

  19. Landing Page Creation & Update
    Create, update, and optimize landing pages for different country-based campaigns, such as Finland, Cyprus, New Zealand, Canada, UK, and Australia.

  20. Website Lead Form Management
    Maintain website inquiry forms, contact forms, WhatsApp buttons, call buttons, and other lead collection systems to ensure smooth student inquiry generation.

  21. Basic SEO Support
    Update page titles, meta descriptions, keywords, image alt text, and website content structure to improve search visibility on Google.

  22. Website Performance Monitoring
    Check website speed, mobile responsiveness, broken links, page errors, and overall user experience, and coordinate with the developer when technical support is required.
