Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for receiving the wheat (from lighter vessels or from truck); its weight, appearance, odors, sacks, SKU's etc.
∎ and report in time to the Operation manager as well as Procurement manager, if found anything wrong or doubtful inform
∎ them.
∎ To issue wheat for production as and when required. Ensure prescribed SOP in this regards.
∎ Supervising the stacking of wheat on the basis of country of origin with bin cards. Bin cards must be updated after one use.
∎ To monitor the cleanliness of RM warehouse including the 'no birds' policy.
∎ To maintain the in/out register of Gunny Bags. Repair gunny bags if required and keep the documents for future audits.
∎ Proper coordination with QC personnel for collecting random sampling of the wheat or other things, if required.
∎ To prepare daily stock report and communication with head office.
∎ Check the weighing scales four times a day.
∎ Control and monitoring of Transport related works/problems in the RM section.
∎ Ensure actual delivery (sale) of product, if any, with having the proper documents and approvals. Ensure the weight of the delivered product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in managing RM of commodity products i.e. Flour, Rice, Pulses will be an added advantage.
