Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to formulate the standards of Quality, and also formulate Quality SOPs in the factory.
∎ Will be responsible for overall quality KPIs of the unit.
∎ Effectively interact with merchandising team and keep records all the instructions from merchandising team.
∎ Co-ordinate between production management team Compliance, Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP
∎ Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production team.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly.
∎ Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees.
∎ To conduct pre-production meeting & do in-line inspection to check quality
∎ Follow up Pre-Final inspection & keep all necessary documents and quality SOP.
∎ Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards.
∎ Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products.
∎ Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
∎ Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems
∎ Implement Lean tools & techniques at the QA departmental activities with the QA team.
∎ Knowledge on process improvement practices, tools & techniques coupled with the knowledge on Lean/six sigma & ISO.
∎ Good analyzing skills to find out root cause and give appropriate solutions.
∎ Good leadership skills, Planning implementing evaluating and setting Proper systems for better efficiency.
∎ Conducting Effective Pre Production meetings with factories & monitoring the production from the beginning to the shipment.
∎ Training on working procedures, inspection procedures, standards, Product safety procedures & Basic Compliance standards
∎ Improve and Maintain Very good quality garments and ship on time.
∎ Do any other job time to time assigned by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Applicant must have experience in Garments factory.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ Performance oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
∎ Good coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties for the project or problem in the whole process.
