Experience:

• At least 15 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering will be given preference

• At least 15 years

• Only Male

• Strong technical knowledge of denim fabrics, wash processes, garment construction, and finishing.

• Vast knowledge of Denim fabrics is mandatory.

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a high-volume production environment.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of garments division (cutting, sewing and finishing) in compliance with different buyer requirements.

• Establish, implement, and maintain Quality SOPs on the production floor.

• Ensure strict compliance to all buyer-specific quality standards and SOPs across operations.

• Lead and manage the entire quality team of the garments division effectively.

• Maintain regular communication with buyers regarding quality-related issues, audits, and improvements.

• Analyze potential quality risks during product development and take preventive measures to avoid production failure.

• Ensure proper understanding and control of fabric quality, wash quality, sewing quality, and finishing standards.

• Manage and monitor the Quality Team.

• Oversee all in-line, end-line, and final inspections across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing;

• Coordinate and facilitate all types of technical audits and work on follow-ups and corrective action plans.

• Provide daily/weekly quality reports to senior management;

• Coordinate with the production, merchandising, and technical teams to resolve quality issues proactively;

• Communicate with senior management on technical and quality-related matters when required

• Identify, report, and resolve any quality issues on the floor, and keep management informed with corrective action plans.
