∎ 10 years of experience in Quality Management within woven garment manufacturing.
∎ At least 3 years’ experience in the Quality Manager Post.
∎ Strong expertise in finishing quality control, pre-final inspections, buyer compliance, and goods shipment.
∎ In-depth knowledge of UK and EU buyers' quality procedures.
∎ Excellent communication skills to coordinate with buyers and internal teams.
∎ Ability to lead and train quality teams for maintaining high standards.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software/tools for quality management is an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage quality from the finishing stage to shipment ensuring all products meet buyer standards and shipment target.
∎ Coordinate with Merchandising, and Planning teams to resolve quality issues promptly, to ensure seamless execution of finishing processes and on time shipment.
∎ Communicate with buyers regarding the quality-related queries and issues, inspection results, and progress updates, and handle the inspections with external buying office audits.
∎ Train and mentor quality teams on updated inspection techniques and compliance standards.
∎ Monitor and execute pre-final inspections and ensure readiness for final quality approvals. Maintain level of trims, accessories and WIP across the finishing floor.
∎ Able to follow shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, identifying bottlenecks and quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, analyzing individual workers performance.
∎ Maintain records of quality audits, inspections, and reports for internal and external use.

∎ We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quality Manager – Finishing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring top-tier quality control from the Finishing until to Shipment of final goods, while maintaining effective communication with buyers regarding quality matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing finishing quality processes in garment manufacturing.
