Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure optimum Quality Parameter of the pre-treatment plant with Yamaha Quality Standard.
∎ Perform penetration test of the welded part as per standard.
∎ Maintain Paint Quality Parameter as per operation standard.
∎ Create standard Quality Engineering Documents and modify for new models.
∎ Maintain welding parameter of the welded part.
∎ Operate Co-ordinate Measuring Machine and assist in-charge for any measurement.
∎ Create CMM Programs for any parts and components and identify & fix program issues.
∎ Motivate the team to create a high performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced.
∎ Train new employees on inspection and repair procedure with operation standard.
∎ Prepare daily quality report & submit to line manager at the right time.
∎ Provide technician control record at right time.
∎ Ensuring that staffs comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by line manager.
