∎ Minimum Graduate

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devising and establishing quality procedures, standards and specifications for the factory following buyer's requirements and guidance for each departments and processes and making sure they are met.
∎ Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety.
∎ Auditing inward fabric and trims and ensuring only quality goods are accepted and preparing audit report of the fabric and trims quality.
∎ Conducting pre-production meeting before production start.
∎ Employ QA to check garments at the time of stitching. It is to ensure that operators are not making any defective pieces
∎ Perform in - line inspection and end-of-line inspection in sewing floor and pre-final audit & final inspection in finishing department. Audit of the packed goods prior to offering shipment to buyer QA.
∎ Capable to handle Technical Audit.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control/Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Good communication skill [mail correspondence with buyer] in English.
∎ Ability to delegate authority and responsibility.
∎ Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
∎ Ability to handle LPP, Inditex, USA base buyer etc
∎ Only males are encouraged
