Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure welding quality of finished product & raw materials by chemical analysis as per AWS Standard & ISO Standard.
∎ Develop and maintain a quality plan to implement the Company’s Quality System as per compliance and requirements.
∎ Perform visual test of products such as Bend test, Hot Cracking test
∎ Perform mechanical test of electrodes by hardness, Tensile & Impact testing
∎ Investigate complaints & analysis the reasons of failure in case of returned products from customer’s end
∎ Responsible for resolving quality issues by identifying problems and suggest probable options for solution
∎ Coordinate with Sales and Production department to resolve customer complaints and maintain product quality as per drawing
