∎ Responsible for overall production planning & quality assurance/quality control in the factoryCalibrate and maintain accuracy of equipmentOverall supervision at laboratory work spacePerform regular inspections throughout the millInspections are to be coordinated with the Mill AssistantTo coordinate with the production, maintenance and sales teams to ensure maximum production with the best quality for customer satisfaction       Ensuring a clean, safe & secure Factory environment.Coach team according to their strengths and areas of development.
