Job Responsibilities:
∎ Print out & check all JO (Job Order) accordingly before sending to production floor.
∎ Check product & packaging quality of Export Goods at factory end.
∎ Ensure Zero-Error in Packaging, Coding & Quality by physical presence during production & Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI).
∎ Carry out regular PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection) of all Finished Goods (FG) of Export & send online report to head office.
∎ Monitor production of Export Goods by physical presence in the Production lines.
∎ Carry out regular inspection of RM (Raw Materials) & PM (Packaging Materials) of Export when those arrive into factory.
∎ Check the quality & quantity of RM & PM just after getting JO (Job Order) from Head Office (Export Team).
∎ Ensure availability of RM & PM as per Job Order given from Export Department. Ensure that no delay is occurring due to shortage of RM & PM.
∎ Follow up CM (contact Manufacturing) Production in coordination with the Export-Coordinator who will remain present in CM factory during Production.
∎ Visit CM (Contract Manufacturing) factories random basis, also be present there physically if there is no Export-Coordinator available during production periods.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the supervisor
