Food (Packaged)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor production to ensure that it meets production standards.
∎ Keep records of all parameters in online checklist and discuss if any abnormality is found.
∎ Perform quality checks and compare with reference batches for improvement.
∎ Ensure 100% defect-free product is delivered to the local market and export.
∎ Discuss inspection results with responsible production personnel.
∎ Segregate all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
∎ Discard products, materials, and equipment that fail to meet specifications.
∎ Maintain all controlled documents in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Ensure good hygiene condition of both plant and personal.
∎ Ensure proper labeling, date coding, capping, sealing, and other procedure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the supervisor
