∎ Bachelor Degree in merchandising/ textile engineering/ Quality control or in relevant subjects.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Reports to: Project coordinator
∎ Nature of Job: Contract
∎ Project’s duration: Up to December 2022 (with possibility to extension)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum five years in a similar field with extensive knowledge in producing bags and other items for both local/ international audiences.
∎ Knowledge in conducting training on operating manual, electric and industrial sewing machines and developing related training materials/ modules.
∎ Fluency in English (oral and written).
∎ Knowledge of capacity building tools and techniques.
∎ Good understanding of basic human rights.
∎ Ability to cope up and mix with multicultural people and multi-tasks.
∎ Ability to foster collaborative, transparent and accountable relationships.
