∎ Age 28 to 42 years
∎ Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within the soap manufacturing industry (highly preferred).
∎ Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a QC/QA department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for soap manufacturing and their application to quality control procedures.
∎ Strong understanding of soap chemistry, formulation principles, and quality control testing methods for soap products.
∎ Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
∎ Experience with Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies (a plus).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) department within the soap manufacturing factory, ensuring the production of high-quality soap products that meet all regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
∎ Oversee all aspects of the QC process, including raw material inspection, in-process control checks, and finished product testing to ensure conformance to quality standards.
∎ Analyze QC data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to address any quality deviations or potential issues.
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed quality control documentation, including reports, audits, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
∎ Collaborate with production, engineering, and purchasing departments to ensure quality is embedded throughout the entire soap manufacturing process.
∎ Conduct regular audits of the factory's operations and QC procedures to identify areas for improvement and maintain compliance with GMP regulations.
∎ Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections, ensuring the factory meets all quality standards and safety regulations.
∎ Stay updated on the latest advancements in soap manufacturing technologies, quality control methods, and industry best practices to identify potential improvements for the factory's processes.
∎ Develop and implement cost-effective quality control procedures to optimize resource utilization while maintaining high product quality.
