Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in chemistry for QC Officer
∎ Diploma in Food Technology/ HSC from Science for QC Technician
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality, R & D
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 100 % defect free product is produced and delivered to local market & exported.
∎ Frequent contact with online QC personnel and corrective action as required.
∎ Collect sample during production and keep in retention lab for observation.
∎ Reconcile all parameter related checklist and guide production people.
∎ Identify ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
∎ Rework or reject finished products as required.
∎ Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating on use of all control points, equipment and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedure.
∎ Identify issues on efficiency and suggest improvement.
∎ Check production output according to specifications.
∎ Maintain department record's log book.
∎ Retain overall responsibilities for production monitoring in quality department and report accordingly.
∎ Contribute to team effort
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in QC for Edible Oils will be an added advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
