Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day quality control operations in the rice mill to ensure adherence to quality parameters.
Conduct regular inspections and quality tests on raw paddy, in process materials and finished rice .
Monitor loading of finished rice and by-products
Ensure quality compliance during production, packaging, and storage processes.
Prepare QC reports for management
Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits
Any ad hoc basis work instructed by line manager
