Responsibilities & Context:
  • Support the CEO in managing daily priorities, driving executive accountability, and ensuring smooth coordination between leadership and operational teams.

  • Manage the CEO’s daily agenda, meetings, travel plans, and communications to ensure time is allocated to the most critical priorities.

  • Follow up with department heads and senior leaders to track progress on key deliverables, deadlines, and strategic goals. Ensure timely reporting and updates to the CEO.

  • Maintain oversight of strategic projects and initiatives led by the CEO’s office, ensuring execution alignment across teams.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and employees, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication across levels.

  • Support the CEO in implementing and using digital tools (e.g., task/project management platforms, dashboards, meeting automation tools). Assist in driving tech adoption across leadership as needed.

  • Prepare briefs, notes, and reports for meetings; ensure all follow-up actions are captured and communicated.

  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.
