Responsibilities & Context:
- Supporting Recruitment & Selection; Talent Acquisition; Induction & orientation; Employee documentation, filing and database management;
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation and release letters and assist in transfer/ job rotation of employees.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and headhunters to source qualified pool of candidates
- Manage issuance, renewal, and record-keeping of employee ID cards
- Liaise with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Assist in Drafting HR policies, procedures that ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Provide support in organizing internal meetings, document meeting minutes, interviews, and employee events.
- Develop and update Job descriptions and Position Profile for new hires as well as for existing employees of the company.
