Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise day-to-day plant operations ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
∎ Oversee production processes for different beverage lines (still, sparkling, and carbonated).
∎ Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and environmental standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP).
∎ Implement and monitor maintenance schedules for plant machinery and utilities.
∎ Coordinate with QA/QC teams for on-the-spot troubleshooting·
∎ Manage raw material and packaging material inventory in coordination with Supply Chain.
∎ Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols for workforce and equipment.
∎ Supervise plant manpower including shift in-charges, operators, and support staff.
∎ Develop monthly and weekly production plans
∎ Plan preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with the Engineering/Maintenance department.
∎ Strategize continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and optimize efficiency.
∎ Plan staffing and shift schedules aligned with production needs.
∎ Forecast utility needs and liaise with utility providers accordingly.
∎ Plan for expansion or optimization of production lines and facility upgrades.
