Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up in process product quality and 7QC tools related activities.
∎ Follow up floor 5S, safety & hygiene.
∎ Ensure optimum Quality of the Agri-machineries with Quality Standard.
∎ Achieve daily inspection target & report to Line Manager timely.
∎ Prepare operation standard, quality standard of inspection & apply to team with proper way.
∎ Prepare daily direct pass ratio report.
∎ Motivate the team to create a high-performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced.
∎ Train new employees on inspection and repair procedure with operation standard.
∎ Engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working together.
∎ Prepare daily quality report & submit to Line manager at the Right time.
∎ Provide technician control record at right time.
∎ Ensuring that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by Line Manager.
